Under the direction of the Early Years Services Manager, the INTEGRATED SERVICES CASE MANAGER (ISCM) provides a family-centered, psycho-social approach to consultation and intervention services for children 0 to 18 years of age, who are “at risk”. In collaboration with Dilico Child Welfare and Health Integrated Services Team staff the ISCM will provide immediate Children’s Mental Health screening, assessment and treatment recommendations for children and their caregivers. The ISCM will assist in the implementation of integrated service delivery from the point of consultation to access of required Mental Health and Addictions services for all assigned infants/children and families receiving services.

- An Early Childhood Education or Child and Youth Worker Diploma is required
- A HBSW is preferred
- Five or more years’ experience working within a Children’s Mental Health program Five or more years providing Children’s Mental Health consultation, screening, assessment and intervention
- Extensive experience in providing Children’s Mental Services for the 0-6 years population
- Candidates without the specific education qualifications and where the position does not require certified qualification to practice, but who possess an appropriate combination of experience and other academic qualifications will also be considered
- Must be willing and able to work flexible hours as determined by the Manager
- Must be certified in CPR and Standard First Aid
- Must be able to travel regularly, have a valid Class “G” Ontario Driver’s Licence and have access to a personal vehicle
- A criminal records check is required upon hiring
