who have completed all training. The wage subsidy will assist individuals, who require assistance
to overcome existing or anticipated labour market barriers, through on-the-job training and/or
direct work experience. It is hopeful that the individual will obtain long-term employment with the
employer upon completion of the project. Eligible sponsors include for-profit employers, non-profit
organizations and First Nation communities. Review / download the following three forms for more information.
