JUSTICE PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR

Thunder Bay, ON

The Justice Programs Administrator is responsible for supervising Justice Programs staff,
coordinating with Justice Programs Managers for the delivery of services in northern communities and coordinating service delivery northern courts and communities.

Qualifications:
• Experience and/or education in Social Services related field
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft office, HRIS system, Teams and Zoom
• Ability to train, mentor and manage staff
• Familiarity with budgets and forecasting
• able to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills for dealing with clients, legal profession, and other agencies.
• Negotiation, understanding of interest-based negotiation for mutually beneficial
solutions
• Strong attention to detail and manage multiple tasks daily
• Conflict Management, ability to mediate and resolve conflicts and disagreements, skilled at objective conflict resolution approach to lead facilitation to mediated solutions, knowledge and understanding of fairness and due diligence.
• Some travel may be required
• ability to speak Cree, Oji Cree, Ojibway language is an asset

Hours: Full Time (35 Hours Per Week)

Starting Salary: $78,287 Annually
