Position Overview:

The Chief Executive Officer will serve as an administrative aide and confidential secretary to the Executive Director. Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer, the Executive Assistant will perform a variety of complex and responsible duties for the Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors. The Executive Assistant will also perform other duties related to the assigned areas of responsibility.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • An Administration Diploma from a recognized community college is required. A degree from a recognized university is preferred.
  • A minimum of five year’s experience at the senior administrative level is required.
  • must possess a Class “G” Driver’s Licence and have access to a personal vehicle;
  • must complete a criminal records check;
  • must be able to travel to Northern Superior communities from time to time.

 

 

Hours of Work: 35 weekly
