Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and passionate First Nation or Métis individual with service and sales experience who is interested in joining our team as a Financial Education Consultant. In this role, you will deliver financial education services to First Nation communities.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver culturally relevant financial literacy workshops and training sessions for community members, leaders, and organizations.

Provide one-on-one financial education consultations to individuals seeking guidance on personal finances.

Build strong, trusting relationships with community leaders, stakeholders, and residents to understand their unique financial challenges and opportunities.

Understanding of First Nation cultures, traditions, and the specific financial challenges and opportunities faced by these communities.

Previous experience in service, or sales.

Ability to work independently and travel to remote communities as required.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Basic knowledge of financial products, budgeting, investing, and general financial literacy.
