ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for an experienced, positive, hardworking, honest, and dependable Store Manager to lead our busy Tim Hortons restaurant.

If you are passionate about guest service, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

As the Store Manager, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, lead and develop the team, drive sales, manage labour and costs, maintain Tim Hortons standards, and ensure an excellent guest experience.

You will receive ongoing support from the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Owner.

We are looking for a positive, hardworking, honest, dependable, and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our busy Tim Hortons team.

The ideal candidate has previous fast-food management or supervisory experience, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to lead a team by example. As a Shift Supervisor, you will play an important role in ensuring excellent guest service, maintaining restaurant standards, supporting team members, and keeping daily operations running smoothly.

You will receive ongoing support from the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Owner every step of the way.
