    Duties:Responsibilities:
  • Data entry and validation, maintaining spreadsheets and data bases
  • Interacting, collaborating and supporting different professionals and Enbridge departments.
  • Provides general support to the Construction Team in the Thunder Bay/North Bay area for new business, replacement, renewal, reinforcement or stations projects.
  • Provides general support to the Performance Measurement Coordinator for regional performance, workload and budget support as requested. This may include data gathering and analysis.
  • Perform additional duties or special assignments for the team as required to support the execution of our capital plan and completion of construction projects. As required this position will be involved, through mentoring, in the consultation with Indigenous communities for Community expansion completed within the Northern Region
  • Office administrative duties as assigned.
  • Supports the implementation of cost saving initiatives- gathering information, identifying opportunities, tracking progress
  • This is an office-based role with minimal travel requirements

 

Qualifications:

    Required:
  • High school graduate 
  • 1-2 years prior work experience
  • Experience with MS Windows (word, excel, outlook)
  • Desire to learn
  • Effective communication skills
  • Successful applicant must be open and interested in a work place mentorship opportunity with Enbridge Preferred:
  • Post-Secondary Education- College Diploma or University Degree
  • Experience working in an office setting
  • Strong inter-personal and communication skills 
  • Experience with data gathering and analysis
